Anything else for the researcher

Every update is reviewed before it can affect public data. Submitting doesn’t guarantee a change, and we never publish your address or your text.

What happens next

Verify your email. We send one link. We’ll verify your email before your submission can enter editorial review.
Editorial review. A researcher checks the claim — against the vendor’s own public page wherever one exists.
Only then, the record. A confirmed change is recorded with its source and date, like every other fact. Not every suggestion leads to a change.

Vendors

A company email helps us weigh a claim, but it is not a verification. If the information is public, link the page — that is what we cite. Anything not publicly verifiable is shown as vendor-reported, never as verified.

Your data

We store what you submit and your address, only to review it and to follow up if needed. We never publish your address or your submission text, and we don’t fetch your link automatically. How corrections work →
